Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear, fair cancellation terms

We understand plans change. The following cancellation charges apply on the total package value:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of package value
• 15 - 30 days before departure: 25% of package value
• 7 - 14 days before departure: 50% of package value
• Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% of package value

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Certain non-refundable components (special train/flight tickets, festival-season hotels) are charged at actuals.
