Are your prices per person or per package?

Package prices shown are indicative starting prices. Final cost depends on group size, travel dates, hotel category and inclusions — we always share a transparent breakup.

Do the packages include flights?

Most road/rail packages do not include airfare unless stated. We can add flights on request and quote at actuals.

Can itineraries be customised?

Absolutely. Every Vega Tours itinerary can be tailored to your dates, budget, pace and interests — just tell us what you have in mind.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation charges are tiered by how far before departure you cancel, from 10% (30+ days) to 100% (under 7 days). See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Do you provide 24/7 support during the trip?

Yes. A dedicated coordinator is reachable throughout your journey for any assistance you need.
