Please read our booking terms carefully

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only on receipt of the advance payment. Rates quoted are per package and may change with seasonality, fuel and government taxes.

2. Payments

A minimum advance of 30% is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before departure. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI and major cards.

3. Documentation

Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID. Vega Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

4. Liability

Vega Tours acts only as a facilitator between the traveller and service providers (hotels, transporters, monuments) and is not liable for delays or losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
