Please read our booking terms carefully

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only on receipt of the advance payment. Rates quoted are per package and may change with seasonality, fuel and government taxes.

2. Payments

A minimum advance of 30% is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before departure. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI and major cards.

3. Documentation

Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID. Vega Tours is not responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation.

4. Liability

Vega Tours acts only as a facilitator between the traveller and service providers (hotels, transporters, monuments) and is not liable for delays or losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. The following cancellation charges apply on the total package value:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of package value
• 15 - 30 days before departure: 25% of package value
• 7 - 14 days before departure: 50% of package value
• Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% of package value

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Certain non-refundable components (special train/flight tickets, festival-season hotels) are charged at actuals.

Prices, inclusions and changes

Each package page shows a starting price, the route, the number of days and nights, and what is and is not included. The final quote depends on travel dates, group size, vehicle and hotel category; it is shared with you in writing before you pay an advance. Itineraries can be changed before confirmation, and any change to the quote is agreed with you first.
